2018 Looking at People ECCV Satellite Challenge - Track 2 - video decaptioning

The evaluation for this part will consist on two parts. The first evaluation will qualify the quality of the reconstruction, and will be done by using MSE, PSNR and DSSIM. After that the speed of video clips generation will be measured to define a secondary ranking. After computing standard inpainting measures from participants' predictions, we will run the proposed algorithms on a limit amount of time. The number of processed video clips will be used to generate this ranking.
